Jackson Specialty Care Group was founded to provide a higher level of in-home care for adults who need everyday support, recovery assistance, skilled nursing, or help managing complex health conditions.
We are RN co-owned and clinically led. That matters because home care can change quickly. A client who begins with help for daily activities may later need nursing support. A person returning home after a serious injury may need caregivers, nurses, family members, physicians, therapists, and a case manager all working toward the same goals. Our model is built to support that kind of coordination.

Before care begins, we take time to understand each individual’s needs, abilities, routines, preferences, goals, and safety concerns.
Our goal is to provide the right level of support while preserving dignity, encouraging independence whenever safely possible, and helping each person live as fully as possible at home.

Being clinically led does not mean making home feel clinical. It means having nursing knowledge and oversight available to strengthen care planning, recognize changing needs, support caregivers and nurses, and help coordinate more complex cases - while keeping the experience personal, respectful, and centered on the client.
